What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges Different with each Seller.

(Sellers add higher shipping costs on low value items .Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for various individual products.)

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched to you and an e-mail confirmation is sent to you that the product has been dispatched to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between you and us for the producs specified in that Dispatch Confirmation E-mail.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Depends on the following matters:-

  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product’s availability with the Seller
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the seller

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on List prices are final and all-inclusive.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location or not.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on following factors:-

  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of courier partners/delivery persons in your location

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Our courier partners/delivery staff have limits on the pay on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location or not.


I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

 The pick-up cannot be arranged through online, you can return the item through a courier service. Return fees will be changed various products.

What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available” mean?

“In Stock”

Items are listed,Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your pincode (usually 3-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available).


The Seller might not have any items/any products in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement and shipping time to your location.

“Out of Stock”

Currently, the item is not available for sale.Click on the “Notify”,to know once it is available for purchase.

“Temporarily Unavailable”

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon.Click on the “Notify”,to know once it is available for purchase.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline during some days?

 It is possible that the seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays,Saturdays and this is reason in to the delivery dates.
